We had to move a front door, but it doesn't open the right way, it doesn't open to a wall. Can you actually turn it around or would it not be worth it being it might be so much work. The door is original to the house so I hate to get rid of it. Any comments would be helpful.

Most doors are handed, right or left with your back to the hinge frame. A good carpenter would be able to tell you more but generally speaking you don't change the swing of the door.....
