Hello!

I live in Southern California and I was hoping that someone might be able to send me in the right direction. I saw a beautiful bungalow in San Dimas (about 20 minuted outside Pasadena) the other day. The house is empty and I could not tell if it was new construction or an older bungalow with a fantastic new paint job and very good up keep. I came home and looked up the property address under the LA County website and discovered that it was a vacant lot on the Tax Assessors webpage. So now that I know it is new, I am looking for the architect and builder who built this amazing bungalow. How do I find this information out?? I would rather have an older bungalow....but I must say that the architect and builders did a perfect job creating the old look!!! Any advice??? Thanks so much for any help!!
My best,
Michelle

Re: Finding the architect who designed new bungalow
Get a copy of the building permit. It will tell you who the builder is and possibly the architect, if one is involved.
