Post Phoenix Chair Co. Sheboygan, WI?
Hey anyone know much about this company? I've done a little searching and was hoping to come up with some pics of their furniture, but haven't had much luck.

I'm not much of a "name" person when it comes to getting furniture, we tend to buy what we need/like. But last night I waited at our local consignment auction for over 4 hours to buy a rocker (that certainly needs help) because it matched a straight chair that we've had for over 15 years. I turned the straight chair over last night when I got home and found a partial label that says "Phoenix Chair" on it.

Here's a picture of the rocker:

Any info would be appreciated.

Mike -- I have a pair of old chairs that have a tattered label on the bottom that may also be from the same company. I can read ....Chair Co...Sheboy...WI... It's a round red and white label. I don't know much about the company, but wonder if your label looks anything like this. I did find this article, and my chair are similar to the one in this article, but with large curving wood arms.

Joyce,

Thanks for the reply. I'll turn the chair over tonight and take a picture of what's left of the label. I had read the page you mentioned. I was hoping someone knew of somewhere with some pics of their chairs.
